Believe me it's so so difficult, very difficult, it's so so difficult you just have to leave it to God. There might be someone who really loves me truly for who I am but I may not be aware and maybe you don't know... or you may think she's one of those who loves you for who you are or what you have, or because of your money, maybe she's there for you, you never know, you get so confused, now I have decided I will just leave it to God to decide who I get married to'.

JUST A MONTH AFTER GIVING BIRTH, AMBER ROSE IS ALREADY LIVING THE BUSY LIFE

It has been just a month since Amber Rose gave birth to her son, yet she is back in showbiz like nothing happened. Last week, she was on The Ricki Lane Show, not long after she was spotted in the studio with Akon, Kelly Rowland and Pharrell. America didn't relent to throw negative words at her, clearly she is unaffected by what people say as she was spotted not long ago clubbing with her baby daddy, WizKalifa.
She tweeted;

"‘I’m having my first drink tonight since I had Sebastian….I’m gonna take @snooki’s advice & take it easy
"

Do you think there is a fixed rule on how long a woman should stay locked in after child birth? OR is it just an archaic belief?

POPE FRANCIS’ GESTURES STRIKE FIRE AS HE KISSES AND WASHES PRISONERS FEETS

Papa Francesco has had a little less than a month.

For Catholics, images conveyed in a genuine way can be symbols of deeper realities.

Pope Francis really believes in simplicity. So far, he has waved off any vestige of opulence (gold pectoral crosses and ermine lined mantles), walks rather than rides in a chauffeured limo, and for now at least refuses to live in the Apostolic Palace (a complex oxymoron, what apostle ever lived in a palace?). He chooses to live in a less pretentious guest house.

He invokes the patron saint of evangelical poverty, St. Francis, but this also comes from his Jesuit formation.

The vow of poverty and the commitment to the poor is taken seriously among the Sons of Loyola—at least the ones I know. Forming young people to be “men and women for others” is not an idle slogan for a lamppost banner. Jesuits really do it and do it well.

NIKE MANAGES TO MAKE TIGER WOODS EVEN MORE UNLIKABLE WITH SMUG AD

Even in the depths of Tiger Woods’ sex-capade troubles, Nike declined to distance itself from his shredded image.
Now that he’s No. 1 in golf again, the shoe giant is ready to crow, and it’s not going to let a little thing like taste get in the way. A congratulatory ad resurrecting the Woods quote “Winning takes care of everything” has haters abuzz that Team Tiger is using success to excuse sleazoid behavior. “Nike being Nike,” is what one consultant calls it, while a company spokesman explained it as merely a “salute to his athletic performance.” Maybe they used it because “get your finger out of your ass,” Tiger’s tweet to Rory McIlroy, didn’t fit the picture.

DIDDY TOPS FORBES’ HIP-HOP’S WEALTHIEST LIST – AGAIN

Last year, Forbes reported that the hip-hop legend was worth $350 million. Now, this year, it’s being reported that Diddy is worth $580 million, giving him the number one spot on Forbes’ annual Hip-Hop’s Wealthiest Artists list.

Coming in at number two is the big homie Jay-Z, who is worth $475 million (up 15 mill).

Rounding out the rest of the top five is Dr. Dre, who is worth $350 million (up 50 mill), Birdman, who is worth $150 mill (up $25 Ms) and 50 Cent, who has $125 million in the bank (up 15 million from last year).

If the list looks somewhat familiar, it’s because it is: it’s the same five people, in the same order as last year.

If you were wondering how Forbes comes up with their list, here’s what they wrote:

“In order to complete our Forbes Five list, we followed the same procedures we use to calculate our list of the world’s billionaires: looking at past earnings, valuing current holdings, leafing through financial documents and talking to analysts, attorneys, managers, other industry players and even some of the moguls themselves to find the nitty-gritty details.”

KANYE WEST’S NEW ALBUM WILL NOT BE CALLED “I AM GOD,” HOWEVER…

Everyone knows that Kanye West thinks very highly of himself. But does he think he’s God?

We’re not sure, but earlier in the week a rumor hit the net (from the BBC, mind you) that Kanye West was going to name his new album I Am God. Given Kanye’s ego, it’s not hard to believe that this couldn’t be somewhat true.

Right?

HuffPost Entertainment went out and tried to find the real story. The website talked to a source in Kanye West’s camp and he or she had this to say about the title:

“We would never be so presumptuous or sacrilegious to call ourselves the Supreme Being.”

The source went on to say that the rapper has a song with the title.

Malik Yusef, who is a member of Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music camp, tweeted about the title, saying that it will be called “I Am A GOD,” with the hashtag #psalms82.

If you were wondering, here is a portion of Psalm 82:

  • “I said, ‘You are gods,
  • And all of you are children of the Most High.
  • But you shall die like men,
  • And fall like one of the princes.’

MANDELA LANDS IN HOSPITAL AGAIN FOR LUNG INFECTION.

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa -- Nelson Mandela was back in the hospital for the third time in four months Thursday, and the 94-year-old former South African president was reported to be responding well to treatment for a chronic lung infection.

South Africa's presidency said that doctors were acting with extreme caution because of the advanced age of the anti-apartheid leader, who has become increasingly frail in recent years.

The Nobel Peace Prize laureate was admitted just before midnight to a hospital in Pretoria, the South African capital. He has been particularly vulnerable to respiratory problems since contracting tuberculosis during his 27-year imprisonment for fighting white racist rule in his country.

"The doctors advise that former President Nelson Mandela is responding positively to the treatment he is undergoing for a recurring lung infection," the presidency said in a statement. "He remains under treatment and observation in hospital."

Mandela, who became South Africa's first black president in 1994, is a revered figure in his homeland, which has named buildings and other places after him and uses his image on national bank notes.

"I'm so sorry. I'm sad," Obed Mokwana, a Johannesburg resident, said after hearing that Mandela was back in the hospital. "I just try to pray all the time. He must come very strong again."

In December, Mandela spent three weeks in a hospital in Pretoria, where he was treated for a lung infection and had a procedure to remove gallstones.

Earlier this month, he was hospitalized overnight for what authorities said was a successful scheduled medical test.

Presidential spokesman Mac Maharaj, referring to Mandela by his clan name "Madiba," said the latest stay was not for previously planned treatment.

"No, this wasn't scheduled. As you will appreciate the doctors do work with a great sense of caution when they are treating Madiba and take into account his age," he said. "And so when they found that this lung infection had reoccurred, they decided to have him immediately hospitalized so that he can receive the best treatment."

He said there had been a global outpouring of messages expressing concern for Mandela's health.

President Jacob Zuma wished Mandela a speedy recovery.

"We appeal to the people of South Africa and the world to pray for our beloved Madiba and his family and to keep them in their thoughts. We have full confidence in the medical team and know that they will do everything possible to ensure recovery," his office quoted him as saying.

In February 2012, Mandela spent a night in a hospital for minor diagnostic surgery to determine the cause of an abdominal complaint. In January 2011, he was admitted to a Johannesburg hospital for what officials initially described as tests but turned out to be an acute respiratory infection. He was discharged days later.

He also had surgery for an enlarged prostate gland in 1985.

The apartheid government released Mandela in 1990. Four years later, he became the nation's first democratically elected president under the banner of the African National Congress, helping to negotiate a relatively peaceful end to apartheid despite fears of much greater bloodshed. He served one five-year term as president before retiring.

Perceived successes during Mandela's tenure include the introduction of a constitution with robust protections for individual rights and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, a panel that heard testimony about apartheid-era violations of human rights as a kind of national therapy session.

Mandela last made a public appearance on a major stage when South Africa hosted the 2010 World Cup soccer tournament.

Until his latest string of health problems, Mandela had spent more time in the rural village of Qunu in Eastern Cape province, where he grew up. He was visited there in August by then-U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Doctors said in December that he should remain at his home in Johannesburg to be close to medical facilities that can provide the care he needs.

OFFICIAL: WAJE RELEASES NEW VIDEO "I WISH"

CHARLY BOY DISHES OUT ON "MY OGA AT THE TOP" STORY.

Charly Boy the area father, has come out to express his opinion on the my "Oga At The Top" saga. According to him "I must say that we have all failed by pushing aside the lesson and the message of the controversial interview. If you don't know, the message is simple; there is a systemic failure. We have all failed our country." Read more below;

"It's unfortunate, this article is coming in late. This is because I almost ignored the racket " My Oga at the top" generated. However, because of some salient lessons in the whole joke, I have decided to hit you with this

Even though, my ways may be very different from yours, I still believe we must be objective in our analysis, judgment, and conclusion about others. The NSCDC Commandant, Mr. Shem's experience in the hands of Nigerians and the Channel TV personalities cannot be too different from what many of us face on a daily bases.

Some of us have been arbitrarily judged, smashed, squeezed, criticized, and battered for several years because we have failed to be who they want us to be. Different darts and missiles have been thrown at us because they chose to judge us from the first impression they conceived about us. What insult haven't we received?

They will try to judge you by the few words they hear from your mouth. When you use signs and symbols to communicate national issues, they misconstrue every bit of it as you are either tagged the head of Nigeria Illuminati, or they may even try to put your sexuality to question. However, we still love them, and still fight for them even when they don't really understand why we are here.

LYNXXX SAYS "BECAUSE SOMEONE'S FATHER IS RICH DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING TO ME"

Do you know that Lynxxx is the first Nigerian to become Pepsi's ambassador? This talented handsome young man who sends the heart of ladies racing, dishes out on his life as regards stardom. He said he penetrated the music industry with no help, a brand new artiste, brand new record label. He also shared the secret behind his style and good looks.

Lynxxx speaks about style and good looks?

"I'm somebody who pays attention to details, and I take my time when I'm doing something: weather it is music making, staging a performance or planning what I will wear. I take time to carefully access my appearance and everything that has to do with Lynxxx. I always go for a clean cut wear suits. I have designers that I work with; Toju Foyeh and Mai Atafo."Has your background affected you in anyway?

"No, because life is all about what you let affect you. I come from a privileged back ground, so what? That has nothing to do with it. My father never said 'come and take 10 million and go and do music'. Everything I did till this date, I hustled for. I penetrated the industry myself with no help, a brand new artiste, brand new record label. So basically, I don't think background has anything to do with it because it only creates a stigma in people's mind. Wherever you come from, talent is talent music is music. The likes of myself Naeto C, Davido- we all come from similar backgrounds. What does that change? We all have the same struggles; we struggle for money to shoot videos, to promote ourselves; we all still sleep in the studio making music. So because someone's father is rich doesn't mean anything to me; it doesn't mean they are going to book you for shows, it doesn't mean that your song will be hits. So what exactly is the advantage? It doesn't affect me; I do What I have To do. I am going to make music regardless of my background."
