The reality star revealed her huge granny pants when a gust forced the thin material up to her stomach.
Looking down in horror, the 28-year-old struggled to pull the dress down and failed to stop the nude Spanx being revealed to the whole street.
She was on her way to a meeting with her mum and sisters Kim, Kourtney and Kendall when the embarrassing wardrobe malfunction occurred.
Kourtney, 33, watched on as Khloe struggled to flatten the material and it was left to her publicist to come to her aid.
