It is not unusual for people to have rituals when flying on a plane, like wearing a St Christopher chain or keeping their eyes closed until they take off.
This picture of an Orthodox Jewish man tied up in a plastic bag on an airplane is causing debate online. The Reddit user who posted the image assumed the man was covering up because women were sitting near him, however others are contesting that its more likely he’s a “kohen,” a holy priest who is prohibited from approaching a dead body including flying over cemeteries miles below while not in a plastic bag.
Since it’s all conjecture at this point anyway, we think maybe he just forgot to take his Airborne tablet
