Pharrell Williams' fiancée Helen Lasichanh had an embarrassing moment when she tripped and fell as they exited the MET Ball last night..Helen was trying to manouvere tricky cobblestones in skyscraping stiletto heels when she lost her balance and fell in the street.

And despite both Pharrell and the couple's burly minder trying to lend her a helping hand there was no saving her from the epic wardrobe malfunction that resulted from the fall.
In fact the bouncer himself managed to make the situation even more cringeworthy by strategically grasping Helen's exposed boob as she fell.
